8. Make Pizza from scratch
Made pizza with Viggo and Philip in Luleå. Mormor was delighted that we were all busy at work in her kitchen. Philip's creation was a hawaii pizza with salami and a cheese-filled crust, Viggo made a delicious pepperoni pizza and I did it the old-school way with hawaii pizza. Home-made pizza salad to that and a happy Mormor made it an amazing meal!
Dough recipe:
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 dl whole wheat flour
3-4 dl white flour
50 g fresh yeast or 12 g dry active yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3.5 dl water
Mix water, oil and yeast. Add in flour and knead the dough for 5-10 minutes by hand or with a machine. Add in sugar and salt. Let rise for 2 hours in a warm area of the kitchen, covered by a kitchen towel.
Pizza recipe:

Tomato sauce
Topping
Preset the oven to 225 degrees clesius (450 farenheit) Roll out the pizza as thin as you prefer. Throw it in the air if you wish to do a cool trick. Spread out tomato sauce, cheese and your toppings on the pizza. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes or until the crust has a golden brown color.
